The bushings I use are ordered from Glacier Garlock Bearings. You do not want to use any grease on these Teflon lined bushings, it will quickly use up their life span, a light oil is all that is recommended. The tool to remove the bushings is one that I made. If you are handy with a lathe you can do it. Its just a steel slug that drops in then expands so the bushing can be driven out. I am not sure if you know of this company in the UK but they list the bushing, its E4-B36-473: Bilstein 40mm Insert/Bearing, here is the link: If you want to make a tool to remove, let me know and I can get you some photos..
