RRFPR question

I have 30 lb injectors in my car right now running 3 bar fuel pressure . The car run great but I would like to bump the boost levels up to .7 bar from my current.4 bar.. Will a rising rate fuel pressure regulator allow my injectors to stay in for good idle but allow for more up top where I am closing in at 100% duty cycle now.. or do I need to 42lb injectors? My current fuel pressure regulator is rising rate to a point but does not have as much adjustablity as one of the begi's which I think would be the way to go..

TIM T? Or anybody else with experience please ?
