If you are referring to the old BAE turbo kits for the 2.7, they were based on a "Rayjay Turbo" ... these had the same footprint / flange pattern of a T4 turbo, so if you are after a replacement, you can use any T4 turbo in it's place (as long as it's suitably matched for the application).

FWIW, Rayjay are now owned by Turbonetics I believe.
