Brian, I know where you are going here by stating your goals in Turbo Porsche Owner speak but in reality you're after an exhaust back pressure reduction in the lower RPM range. Monitoring exhaust pressure on the turbo will get you there sooner. Without this reduction you will only change the bias toward the bottom end netting a choked off power curve.
I didn't include CIS in this discussion. An engine targeted at 600HP fed by triples would by necessity need to drop Porsche's CIS system.
