1st gear is just shy of the RL(a tad under 7K) - just to stay on boost in 2nd. In the other gears I don't feel the need to go over 6500, I have B&B headers w/ K27-7006.
What's the deal on Porsche tachometers and the rev-limiters? My limiter usually cuts in at 6900rpm or so but I once saw 7200! - I couldn't sleep for a week! Does the RL act a little wonky sometimes? I heard Porsche tachs read a bit high too - which might be a good thing. Is there any maintenance you can do to the rev-limiter?
