After three months, lots of phone calls, lots emails, 3 UPS tracking numbers and one bad intercooler, a good intercooler arrived. Because of the trouble, Michael sent an IC that was better that what I had ordered. He also supplied some of the plumbing at no charge.
If you can get his product with no hassle, it is an excellent value. If he did a better job at setting and managing customer expectations, he’d have a great company. I won’t want to relive this experience, but I wish him the best and hope that he can refine his delivery process.
