You cannot -1 on this, the wheel is the factor. At 14" actual wide it will hit the inner fender well if centered in the well. Even if you put skinny tires on the rims the rim lip would stick out past the fender flare. It just wouldn't look good IMHO.

On my car 13.5" is the limit. To get that I had to:
- cut the fender lips off completely
- move the oil lines
- grind the banana arm bolts down to 1/4" from flush
With all of that the 345mm tires would still haze the upper well in a hard turn at the track.

That tire size listed is not correct. Nobody makes a 355/35-17 and if they did it would be nearly 27" tall
