Glad to hear you got to the bottom to the problem without spending too much money.

Do "safe" upgrades to start. upgrades that will support, and allow more aggressive upgrades later. Remebering the climate in SG, you will probably want to start with an intercooler, that will allow you to upgrade the turbo/wastegate spring later on. You really cant get too aggressive until you get inside the case, and swap out the rod bolts for something stronger like ARP bolts.

Headers would be another route. Its the best way to get rid of some lag, but is the most expensive upgrade on these cars
