Redline is synthetic and has a higher flashpoint... that alone does it for me in a car with a very hot turbo.
I also think Amsoil synthetic is a little better than Redline.
Mobil One V-twin 20-50 synthetic for motorcycles is at the top of the list too.

I really do not like carbonized petroleum base oil or "coke" coming out of the turbo housing and clogging cam spray bars, and maybe piston squirters too.

Brad Penn is good oil no doubt, and probably one of the best for a normally aspirated engine, but a full synthetic can tolerate higher localized temperatures like those you have in a kkk turbo housing.

Thats just my opinion.
Of the two you listed I would choose the Redline for a powerful turbo motor.
