what ever you do, just stay with normal NGKs- All of that denso iridium crap or even the NGK iridum is not worth it. On high performance applications, the iridiums could potentialy turn into glow plugs due to the small, tiny electrode. Plus, they need to be changed a bunch.
I run 9s in my motor because thats what both of my friends run in there high horse cars. It may be diffrent on a Cis- I would ask Craig what he thinks. If what he does with his car keeps it as consistant and high performing as it is he has got to know what to gap them at.
