Well...... It is Electromotive.............. (sorry)

It probably has stock Carrera FPR. They are very reliable units.

It definetly is lean popping on the top end.

You definetly need to get a static fuel pressure reading. After that you will know if it is the regulators or the pump/s.

What pump/s are on the car?

You will want atleast 12.5 on boost all the way up. High 11's to be safe on pump.
