Good luck Pat!! I would bet you can make it work w/ the hardware you have. Sounds like a very involved tuning process is in order. I think the key will be finding the right system pressure settings all the while adjusting your WUR. You may want to try and leave the rpm switch out of equation for now as what your about to tackle could very well be more difficult than tuning a modern EFI system.

This may be one case where it could be beneficial to have a frequency valve from the later US SC's although instead of the O2 sensor, you could install a voltage potentiometer in the dash to hijack the 02 input for fine tuning. Particularly for temperature changes and warm up that could still give you fits even if you "dialed in" perfect warm drivability/AFRs. Have fun!
