This has been the most trying and frustrating project I have ever done. Every job I went to do I found I had to do at least two more jobs before I could do the original one. Estimate half an hour, plan half a day stuff. Spent half a day trying to fit a door after the cage and trim went back in.
I have done all the mechanical/electrical, and most of the body work. I had a bit of tricky rust done by my panel mates, and did some patches my self.
The stripes I had done, and the cage. The rest is my work basically. You would not know where the time has gone - but at least 500 hrs. Engine out twice.
But it is running sweet now. Two crappy plugs - brand new - threw me a curve ball until today. But they are Bosch W3 race plugs. I guess they didn't like all the idling and stuffing around. But it cost me many hours to find that one.
