Thanks, that helps alot. Sounds like your cold running is mixture related.

I would personally do a good intake leak test and try to find something there.

Pay particular attention to intercooler o-rings, some aftermarket coolers are more prone to failure.

It could be injector block gaskets considering it gets better w/ heat, but not before it shouldn't need warm-up enrichment

Perhaps the fuel mixture has been adjusted to compensate, you'll know if it runs rich after you fix a leak.

Also, you may want to check to be sure your lambda/frequency valve is working.
It's the little valve that looks like an EFI injector of sorts,plumbed into the fuel distributor. If it's not getting power/grounding signal, you will have a lean condition. It should buzz anytime the fuel pumps run.

just throwing some stuff out there, hopefully someone will toss in a logical systematic flow chart for you. I don't do this everyday anymore so my memory comes in spurts (be careful w/ that one too )
