I agree, but as Todd said, in the heat of the moment, with a potential major screw up like that, it's understandable that the driver saw red and reacted with a "what the he11!" gesture. Heat of the moment stuff. Matchett's reaction was swift and very condescending to the driver, as if he were simply a trained monkey, to be tolerated only. Matchett's demonstrated this sort of attitude before and as far as I'm concerned, he may feel the way he feels, being a former mechanic, but he should keep his angry, condescending, loathing comment to himself.

I do like his insight, however. I just wish he'd keep his attitude about drivers to himself.
