So, if I am understanding this correctly, the only "mod" that can be done on a CIS system to increase fuel flow for enrichment purposes is the piston, such as you've done. The IA head is currently out of the car, and the home rebuit one is in. I will get a few photos of the IA piston assembly, and check the piston shape. And, if my old lathe wasn't such a POS, I could just keep fabbing up pistons until I got dialed in on AFR. Better yet, do some flow calculations and make just one.
