I don't know on a stock head but with my IA head the difference between 80psi and 95psi system pressure air fuel ratio's is HUGE up around 6000-7000 rpm.
@80psi and 6000rpm mine is about 14:1 AFR or higher.
@95psi and 6000rpm mine is about 12.5:1

After readjusting cold control pressure and steady cruise warm control pressure the midrange AFR's are similar with 80psi or 95psi system pressure, but the top end is much leaner at 80psi system pressure.

I have the LC-1 and G3 gauge so I have to let a friend drive the car while I watch the AFR gauge, and tach. Or quickly glance at it if I'm driving.

I'm not sure if I can datalog onto a laptop off the LC-1 running the logworks2 software without more innovate hardware. Guess I should read the instructions.
