They have someplace else do the CNC machine work to enlarge the slits and orifices, but they do the individual injector flow rate allen head adjustments in house.
They can reset that but it will change flow rate at all rpms, not just less in the midrange which would be nice.
At least thats what I've been told.

Seems to me enlarging the metering slits in a taper towards the top so the midrange doesn't flow much more than stock but the top end would flow more where you really need it would have the results most of us would like.
I'm just guessing though...
