So your AFR run is the boost coming onto the WUR sensor without the delay switch. It seems progressive over 500 rpm rather than a dump, then curiously leans off. I'm guessing you interpret this as starving for fuel.
What happens when you delay the dump to 4800 - which is about where you need it. If you are starving for fuel, very little should happen- a very temporary surge in AFR I would expect.
Your HP is about that of an early 930. Have you measured your injector flow with the airplate fully open, and compared to early 930 fuel specs?
