You may be able to test it - don't know which air box you are running - 930 or SC. But if you idle motor up to warm with CIS gauges hooked up and open to WUR, then run up to 3000 rpm and briefly rammed the air plate down (930), you could watch the pressure on the head of the WUR - if say set at 50 psi, my guess is it is dropping say 10 psi or more. It should not - until your boost enrich says so - which you have effectively disabled with rpm limit or boost line disconnect.
If you do try it under road conditions with someone watching CIS gauges in engine bay, please try and take pic.
