I'm not understanding what it is you are trying to do. What is the 3 into 1 route you refer to?
The stock Euro / late-US / 965 heat exchangers shown above have 3 primaries per bank that murge into a 3+3 into 2 into 1 J-pipe configuration. I am unfamiliar with the Ruf modification but it looks like they place the turbo closer to the 3+3 junction.

Here is the stock Euro setup. What is it you are trying to change, the J-pipe?
