Paul,

All one has to do is apply the film with the torsion bar cover removed. Use an xacto knife to cut out the whole.. finish the application and then apply the cut-out piece to the torsion bar cover. Trim as needed on both areas and you're done! That simple.

AS Rarely stated, the front of the rear 1/4s will be peppered by the end of the summer without some kind of protection.

As far as the mirror position is concerned, they are placed so that with a properly adjusted seat, and properly adjusted mirrors.. you almost don't have to turn your head to look into the mirrors... just cut your eyes to the right through the 1/4 glass on the pass side and the mirror should show whats there.. on the drivers side it's a quick glance out the full side window..

I know that's all it takes for me if positioned properly... besides, that's all you have time for at triple digit speeds!
