Your data seems counterintuitive. I'm not saying you are wrong, but I would believe the ideal gas law would still apply.

How accurate is the temp sensor to nearest 1 degree or 10 degrees? Even a 10 degree drop is still good for extra 1.5% air, which probably equates to about + 1.5% HP.


Are you sure the temperature sensor is even working?


Is it measuring the air temp in realtime or simply the approximate temp of the housing? Since PV = nRT at a given instant in time, temperature must be measured in realtime, too.
As a follow on, how quickly can you see data changes in the temp sensor output?
