700hp at 1.2 bar on 3.4L engine requires very optimized engine and lot's of revs. Individual throttles won't help the power. They might lessen the turbo lag but IMHO they are not needed on higly boosted car as whatever miniscule off-boost throttle improvements you gain, they will be drowned in a sea of turbo lag. GT2 cams are actually relatively mild. For power beyond 6500 RPM, you could try 935 spec cams (goodbye idle). At those revs, Carillo or Pauter rods, JE pistons (OEM Turbo are OK but heavy and you'll bee needing lot's of revs) are also needed. Also, a short and well made exhaust headers made for twin-scroll exhaust housing would be nice. After that is done I believe you will need pretty lengthy engine dyno session, adjusting cam timing in small increments. Big intercooler is a must a well.
