David - the adjustable cam sprockets are for me. It makes the job of setting the timing MUCH easier and precise. I did not need them - I want them. Timing a high lift cam is a bit of a challenge using the pin and torquing the cam bolt. Especially with the motor in the car. I only NEED to spend $425.

Dave - When speaking to Jerry Woods, he said that one link would most likely be too much (too short) and the chains he knows of are extremely difficult to shorten. He has more experience on this, so I am taking him at his word. As stated earlier, he said master link chains work well, but since they are the same size as what I have installed, the same issue would come back in a couple thousand miles.
