About $300 new. I picked mine up on ebay second hand for about $60. it was in like new condition, and had the mirror attachment (for viewing 90 degrees). If your going to buy something in the $300 range, I would probably go for a video scope, which has the lcd screen.

It definately saves a lot of time and effort to be able to see inside the engine through the drain plate, and spark plug holes.
