It depends on what you are looking for. I tried several combinations and opted for 22mm and 29mm hollow TB's and 22mm sway bars front and rear. The car handles great on the twisties and at the tracks (DE's - no "big boys" racing), minimum roll and stays planted.

The bumper steer is relative, and unknown. I would try w/o it and feel how it reacts to the lowering. If need it you can always add it - very simple process.
