You can check your cold fuel pressure with a set of CIS gages to verify it is in spec. What you are describing does not sound like a typical off-spec WUR, but more like a temperature sensitive vacuum leak. Check your injector blocks for cracks and if they are tight. Check all the O-rings from the turbo to the intercooler as well. Those are common problems and a good place to start as they will mask the true problem if present.
