A couple more questions based upon your replies...

Can I add a 1 bar spring without upgrading the intercooler?
Any opinions on the B&B intercooler or the PowerHaus intercooler?
I cannot seem to locate many options for upgrades in the intercooler area...

On the K27, I see some firms offer various configs with longer pipe sections, or with different chamber designs - all K27 variants. Is the 7200 the best non nonsense plug and play upgrade among these (does anyone know)?

As to the headers...I was wondering if the 993 headers would be a good choice.
I have a set already and it seems it would be a matter of fabricating new tubing to the turbo, gate, and engine...and I'd still have heat, etc.

Or are the stock headers fine and I should just worry about cat bypass, muffler or 100 cell cat and muffler...?
