The 9:00 position is 212* IIRC as seen in this pic I took. The white line is 212* calibration mark.

Yesterday I used my hand held digital temp reader at the oil tank, 206*. It was the same at the plx gage. The main oil filter read 202*. Though these temps are not bad, my rpm's weren't kept high enough to warrant temps in the 200's.
