I think your plugs may be Fouled. New engine and what not. You need to put some miles on it kinda quick to get the rings seated. I would try to get 600 miles on it in short order. Airline Hwy to BR every Sat and Sunday would be a good drive. When you seat the rings, try to vary the RPM somewhat and let the motor over-run somewhat when decelerating to put pressure on both sides of the rings. I assume you mean Randy Greff, if so I know him well and he does good work. When I did my stuff last time, he rebuilt my Tranny. I used to work at Charity Hosp. and watched him race in the New Orleans GP from the roof of Charity when they did that in NOLA around '91 or so. That's of course a Garretson IC. I have one like it on mine, it just has an Andial Racing plate on it as the only difference.
