Thanks for the help guys. I went out today to play around with the problem and try some of the ideas that I have recieved and this is what I found. I started the engine and it ran ok and seemed to have no issues. I left the engine on and opened the hood to check the relays for the fuel pumps. I pulled the rear relay and the engine changed rpm a little but no biggie. I put that one back in the socket and pulled the front one and the same thing happened. I could hear the front pump running while the engine was running so I know its working. The only thing that looked amiss was the front relay was partially out of its socket by about a 1/16 of an inch. I pushed them both in and went for a ride and scared myself again at .98 bar. I'll let you know if this was the problem or if there is some sort of debris in the fuel tank that only blocks the fuel pickup some times.
