Thanks for the reply. I just got back from a 25+ mile trip - mainly on the highway. The temp really settled in at about 190-200F on the highway. It really never got above 215F at the stoplights. Felt a lot better about that!

Q1: At 70mph, I noticed that the boost comes in [no more than .2 bar] and out as I'm bearly touching the pedal. Is this normal?

Q2: Is the turbo always spinning at 3000rpm [highway speed]? And, what are the highest temps. I should see on the O/S of the turbo casing [exhaust side]?

Also, after 30 minutes of running at highway speeds and cooling down for 5 minutes [going thru a few lights on the way home], I put the laser temp on the exhaust side of the turbo - - it read 900F.

The outside of the rear bumper [in middle left above turbo] was 315F.

The oil lines, however, were reading about 190F.
