If you were to pull off the breather hose that attaches to the hard line on the very top back side of the motor (near the firewall) in the same area of the pressure sensor. This is the soft-line that attaches to the bottom of the oil seperator. When you do this, is there oil spewing out at idle? Also, another way to test is when you're oil filler cap is off, if you put a surgical glove over the hole would it blow up at idle?

If these things are happening you could be dealing with a serious problem inside the motor where you are seeing increased pressure. Have you ever had a leak down test performed on the vehicle? May be time.

Not sure if this is the problem or not, but since you have covered most of the bases in the first post there is nothing else that I can think of off the top of my head. Maybe someone else with some more knowledge could chime in hear. free bump anyways.

Best of luck in you're search.
