EFI air temp sensor failure question

I was looking at my logging to check my A/F and I noticed that my air temp readings went from 0 degs C (ambient) to 245 C and back to 0.

I am wondering how air temp sensors fail. It could be a wiring problem also or that the ECU is messed up I guess.

I am not sure the ECU is seeing the problem cause my air temp failure mode is something like 33 degs. Maybe it isn't a bad air temp sensor.

Anybody have any idea what a wiring failure would look like in my logs?

Thank you
