I know what you mean. I'm kinda like everyone else; never seen fast enough,
so you keep doing mods and that leads to more mods.
I actually ran a Perma-Tune Cd with a built in coil when I took the Bosch out
and it was great. That would take care of having to run 2 CD's. I originally
installed it to help keep plugs from fouling. It damn sure has enough spark. I had
to go to non rev. limiting rotors to keep from frying the cutouts.
I got a set of 934 short track headers and turbo along with the original 934
short track 4 speed that were in an old Brumos car. I bought them from Chris
Fisher and he rebuilt the turbo and trans before he moved over seas.
I have an 80 ROW 930 and tore it down for a repaint, I got sidelined
with the bright idea I was going to design and build a new house so that kept
me busy for 5 years nights and weekends. But I did put a separate small
Porsche garage down below just off the Rec. Room. So now the old sled is
coming back together. If you don't stay busy you rot.
