Probably not, unless the oring that seals the fuel head to the air metering unit was torn or pinched.
Take all 3 screws out and wiggle the fuel head upwards to see the o-ring.
That o-ring slides down in a hole and should have a little smear of grease on it to lubricate it when installing.
