voitureltd: Mine is a 78 and from my records it looks as though it was converted by Alan Johnson Racing around late 87/early 88. Also recently discovered a date stamp in the back of my steering wheel.. 8/87.

As WERK-I suggests, and to my knowledge, AJR was the only shop doing conversions with factory supplied parts. They were an authorized dealer and it's my understanding that they had a state of the art body shop, and of course the racing dept.. They were also authorized Lambo dealer for some time.
