The bearing on the right is used in the RS setup for a turbo to make up the difference in pressure plate height. I am not certain if you can swap the ones you have. If you look at the picture with the pressure plate that huge billet ring on the top is also not part of the pressure plate and is an adapter to allow the difference again in height to be right for the ring gear. The TOB is longer to reach the throw out fork.
