Definately check that you are flowing enough fuel. Did the rebuilder mention any fuel head running in or is it good to go out of the box?

I would definately check the control pressures and mixtures. You might find the old head was letting more fuel through than the rebuilt head. Either way red hot turbo and exhaust at idle is not good!
