Yes you can put the motor together to accomplish your goals. There is hardware that you may want to send off to be cadium yellow anodized. Couple of things you can paint in your shop. The newly anodized hardware will not last and will oxidize from the elements but for that first few thousand miles you will have new.

Were you thinking of rear mount or side mount for the turbo? What IC do you have?
Hi Bernard, I have Nickies, (you can tell with a magnet Nickies are magnetic and Aus are not) with Aluminum pistons all in good shape. You quickly get to a point of diminishing returns. I'm working on making the max hp per $ spent. I'm still exploring piston options, but really for now I think these will do, consider them sacrificial to the HP Gods... lol I already talked to the builder about it "Me" so I guess if he is Ok with it then I'm OK with it to... lol I knew someday taking to myself would come in handy...
