Basically you can go by the diameter of the SC injector block gasket. you cant match it as there is not enough material in the stock 930 injector blocks to hone them out that far without them cracking. i think 37mm dia. is what is recommended.

I purchased my 86 cis 930 intake from Schnele, it came as a complete system with a modded Euro fuel head and honed intake and injector blocks so i didn't have to do it, but i would think a small SS wire wheel would work fast and safe on the injector blocks and a dremmel on the intake.

I've not done it, but the information is out there.

Another alternative are the after market $ aluminum injector blocks.
