Agree it's oversized as you can see in the beginning of this thread, i will use the air-condition with an water-cooled condenser (small plate heat-exchanger). This condenser will be connected to the same water-system as the intercooler (in parallel) and in hot summer days this will load the water loop with around 13 kw continuously.
So if i run air-condition, it's possible that the temperature can rise up to 55C ( 131F) and then it's good to oversize the intercooler.
