A stock manifold, extrude honed and port matched, can easily flow enough air for 440 FWHP - the upper limits of CIS. And it works, fits and is engineered for the motor. Exactly what else are you looking for? The reason I went with EFI is that if I dumped any more money into new power making parts, the truth was I would still have a CIS car - cannot adjust fuel where it is needed or not needed, cannot adjust spark where it was and was not needed, and it has an antiquated, restricted intake circuit. Put a thousand here and a thousand there, before you know it, you've spent enough for a quality EFI conversion.
