Try disconnecting the connector on the air meter and see if the fuel pumps turn on.

If they don't check the over boost switch by grounding the wire and performing the above test again.

You can press on the are meter plate for a split (and I mean a very split) second to see if the fuel pumps kick on and you hear the whine of the injectors.

Don't do this much as you are dumping raw fuel in the cylinders.
