For your convenience, and the convenience of this community, I am in the process of combing the images into a single .pdf file.
My thought was that you could add it to your 959 site.
I will happily e-mail it to you, but I don't want to do this if you already have this type of e-copy!
BTW, I did sort the images to have the .pdf pages in order
Thanks for the big scan of "page 9" - the one with the gages & colored highlights. Very interesting stuff.
