mine was DIY with a drill, saber saw, and dremel. I have over 150 hours in that bumper (there's more slots, gills and cut-aways barely visible under the lights, and some lightening not visible), and another 80 in the valance.

I created the design on an excel spreadsheet to insure it was somewhat symmetrical, printed it on an adhesive backed label, then peeled/stuck to the bumper.
With no intercooler on the '77, temps back there were running over 350-400 deg after a track session. Now the temps stay below 240 deg.

(no original parts were destroyed during this process, all came from donor parts (the euro bumper was Noah's)
