Thats a nice setup, very cool. It looks like one line goes from the SC down to the pump than through the pupm to the cooler and back down into the SC. Take off any one of those lines AFTER the pump, turn the key on (do no start) and just let the pump drain the fluid for you into a catch can. It will probably smell like burnt transmission fluid. The tightness of the pulley is normal, mine is the same way. Can you possibly take a picture of the fittings where the 2 lines are plumbed into the cooler? I know one of them is where the dipstick used to go, but I'd like to see how they attached it. I may have a new project!
