I'm really sorry to hear that, I feel it may partially be my fault. I said that it took less than a quart but I was'nt specific. In reality it probably takes about 1/2 to 3/4 of a quart. The problem is that you dont have a dipstick to check. If you look at mine you'll see a dipstick on top where your cooler line goes. It may just be overfilled and forcing the fluid out. Try draining about 1/2 of it out and than see if it still forces it past the seal, but if yours is only putting out 3-4 lbs something else is wrong. Mine puts out 7lbs with a 3 1/2" drive pulley. Can you pop off that top fitting? If so, than just order a dipstick from Paradise for when you change the fluid.
