The best choice these days seems to be 20W-50 Brad Penn, but that's probably not available in Norway.

Whatever you use, make sure it has enough zinc or ZDDP. I think 1200 ppm is the minimum for our older cars. Most 10W-40 and lighter oils don't have enough zinc so if you need to run a lighter oil, you'll need to add a zinc additive. Most of the 20W-50 oils have higher zinc since they're not limited by gov't regulation.
